Is this course beginner-friendly?
Yes. We assume basic web literacy but no SEO background.
What format is the course in?
Written modules you can read at your own pace, plus templates and checklists. An optional AI voiceover for accessibility is on the roadmap.
How long is the course?
Plan for 18–22 hours total – focused reading across eight modules and 37 lessons, plus exercises, homework, and the final quiz.
Do I get updates?
If you paid upfront, you get lifetime access to the course and certificate, and any updates to the course that come as AI progresses. If you pay monthly, you get monthly newsletters with updates and tips, as long as your subscription runs.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription?
Yes, anytime from your account. Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Refund policy (lifetime plan)?
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from purchase to request a refund of the lifetime plan. If you haven't accessed the course, you get a 100% refund. If you've started it, we may deduct a proportional amount for the lessons and materials you've already used. If you've completed the course within 14 days, the statutory right no longer applies. What about refunds on the monthly subscriptions?
Both monthly plans – £17.99/mo for course + Vale, and £7.99/mo for Vale-only – are digital services with instant access. At checkout you tick a box confirming you want to start straight away, which means the standard 14-day cooling-off period doesn't apply once you've used the service. You can still cancel at any time – your access continues until the end of the current billing period and no further payments are taken.
Refunds on pay-as-you-go trend credits?
Trend credit top-ups (£4.50 for 20 searches) are supplied instantly to your account, so the 14-day cooling-off period doesn't apply – same rules as a Vale subscription. Unused credits don't expire.
